Graeme Norton

General Manager Graeme Norton founded the highly successful company MEO Engineering Group (acquired by Brightwater in 2008) in 1985. Graeme then moved on to build Novo upon his reputation for working with a high caliber of engineers and project managers.

Martin Todd

Head of Mechanical, Martin joined Novo in 2005 as a mechanical design engineer and project manager.

Ryan McMahon BE Elec (Hons)

Head of Electrical, Ryan joined Novo in 2003 as an electrical design engineer and project manager. Ryan has completed several projects for Novo and is currently section head for Novo personnel at New Zealand Steel Mill.

Marissa Jones

Automation Engineer, Marissa joined Novo in 2006 as a project engineer before moving into business development to assist in Novo’s expansion.
